Black Hat Hacker, cyber criminals, they doing illegal activities with some dark intention, like hacking steal business data, credit card or bank account etc.
Gray Hat Hacker, hacking just for fun. They have not much knowledge as black hat and white hat.
White Hat Hacker, protect your network or computer from black hat hacker and work for the cyber space. They have same knowledge level as black hat hacker. But they work for the security and protection.
